Ytd i went to City Sq mall to do some groceries, preparing for today~

Cooking a simple fare for my little family.

Today hubby off, so we get to spend some time tgt.

Although most of the he slp, we still manage to hv some quality time tgt.

Happy happy...

I cook ABC soup, French beans, Potatoes + Minced Meat.

It turns out to be fantastic!! Coz it's my first attempt cooking all these without any help from my mother!! ( she's at Hong Kong ).

But cookirice is a total FAILURE!! Too much water & it turns out to be to a little too soft like porridge..

Nevertheless, i learnt it now tat the water cannot put too much :)

I believe i will get better!!!

Hehe...

I'm so contented with myself today!!
Although it's a very tiring day for mi today, i enjoyed myself !!

I hope & wish tat we can have more of these happy family day on his off day~~
